Volunteer Information
Notre Dame Elementary is full of many opportunities for learning beyond the classroom. These opportunities are made possible by you, our wonderful parent volunteers. Our parents lead Art in Action lessons, serve hot lunch, coach a sport or drive on field trips. Below is a list of activities that are school wide. All can be counted toward your 40 hour volunteer commitment.
Please get involved. Your time and efforts make our school special and your children enjoy seeing you at school.

How do I sign up for a volunteer position?
Don't wait for committees to contact you. If a position interests you, please contact the committee chairperson directly.
Please contact your room parents to learn about specific volunteer opportunities in your grade and/or reach out to our volunteer coordinator, Jessica Perry at jeffandjessperry@yahoo.com to learn about school-wide needs.
Volunteer Commitment, 2011-2012
The success of Notre Dame Elementary School depends on the support of family volunteers to assist in a variety of school activities. We ask each family to serve 40 hours per year.
Families may wish to opt out of their volunteer participation. If that is the case, a check in the amount of $1000 must be issued to Notre Dame Elementary. Payment must be received by February 1, 2012.
Submit volunteer hours
Notre Dame Elementary School families are asked to submit their volunteer hours monthly to our volunteer coordinator. To submit your hours, please click here. You will receive an email confirmation of your volunteer hours submission. (Please check your spam folder if you do not see the confirmation.) Don't wait to submit your hours--submit them immediately for your peace of mind.
