Christmas at Ralson

NDE's principle fundraiser, Christmas at Ralston is a weeklong event you won't want to miss. The historic Ralston Mansion is beautifully decked out with stunning Christmas trees (designed and decorated by NDE parents) that are raffled off to lucky winners. Earnest first and fifth graders sing carols while eighth grade students serve gourmet foods at two festive Christmas luncheons. The week is capped off by a gala and auction-- enjoy a fabulous buffet dinner, then bid on fantastic silent auction items and experience the excitement of the NDE live auction. Invitations for the luncheons and the gala will go out in November. Be sure to buy your tickets early, as seating is limited. Bring your family and friends!

What can you do to help?

The Christmas at Ralston event directly benefits the students and teachers in achieving their educational goals. Its success depends on the strong support of our community. Please help us make this event a success by:

• Attend the events. Not only are they enjoyable, but they help to foster community and raise money that directly impacts all of our children.
  

• Make it a goal to ask at least three businesses that your family frequents for donations. 100% of our auction goods are donated from local and national companies…or directly from our NDE families! Click here for a donation form. In appreciation of your donation(s), you will receive recognition in our auction catalog.
  

• Turn your donations in as early as possible. This assists the volunteers to assemble the auction guide and helps to focus their solicitations. Consider donating: vacation homes, parties, meals and airline miles.

• Help to underwrite the event.

• Place an ad in the auction catalog; this can be a business ad or a personal message.

• Volunteer during the three day event. Contact any event chairpersons or board member for more information.

NDE Tree Raffle

Each family is asked to buy/sell one book of raffle tickets ($100.00) for chances to win a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Each grade/child competes to sell the most tickets and to turn in their money as quickly as possible. The raffle is held at the Gala/Auction and is an important part of the fundraiser. Winners will have their decorated trees delivered to their homes (San Mateo County area only).
