Week in Review

This week we did BINGO sheets in Language Arts. They are sheets where you get to choose what you want to do. We can do computers, spelling, writing, reading, and playing hangman. In math, we started Unit 6. We did partial-sums method and ballpark estimates. We started using 3 addends. In Spanish, we counted to 100! We learned about body parts. In Religion, we prepared for Gold book Mass by making prayers. Sr. Kathryn Keenan came in to help us. In P.E., we did something like a circle and passing the basketball. In Science, we learned about mammals, insects, and amphibians. We learned what a life cycle is and how they grow and change. On Friday, we will do Art in Action. We will also exchange Buddy Letters. In Music, we learned mass songs. We had a special music class because we were learning songs for Gold Book Mass and First Holy Communion. That’s all!
