Does your child love to sing? Sign them up for the NDE choir! 
The NDE Junior High Choir will begin a NEW year by introducing songs from the TV show “GLEE” into their repertoire, learning Christmas songs to be sung at the Ralston Mansion in December for the “Christmas at Ralston” teas, and rehearsing music we will help lead at our school liturgies.
Lots of high energy, fun music planned for the NDE JHChoir! The JHC is made up of 5th through 8th grade boys and girls. All are encouraged and very welcome to join! There are no auditions to join the choir although I may ask a student to sing for me “privately” (usually “Happy Birthday” or something simple, like that) once we are established, just to determine whether they sing alto or soprano.
Rehearsals will be held twice per week this year in an attempt to further build up the foundation that we started last year. We need to put in a good 40 minutes of solid rehearsal each week to accomplish all that is on our plate and to take into consideration absences/and late arrivers. Our first rehearsal will be on Tuesday, September 14th and will be held in the Teacher’s Lounge: Tuesday AND Wednesday mornings (7:25am-8:00am) There
