Kindergarten applicants for the 2012-2013 school year:

• must be 5 years old by November 1, 2012
• must take the kindergarten readiness assessment

First grade applicants for the 2012-2013 school year:

• must take the new student entrance test

Second-sixth grade applicants for the 2012-2013 school year:

• must submit a copy of their current report card
• must submit test scores (Iowa Test, STAR, etc.)

Please note: Submission of the application form does not guarantee entrance to NDE. Parents of applicants will be notified after the faculty and principal have evaluated the applicant's records. NDE is a Catholic School; priority for admission will be given to Catholic children.
